Associate Account Manager/Marketing Analyst

The Associate Account Manager/Marketing Analyst role is a key liaison our customers. You will work to provide solutions to our clients in an efficient manner. As a member of the Account Management team, you will work to develop relationship strategies and programs that create business value and favourable customer experiences.

Provides excellent customer service both verbally and written to various channels
Works closely with the Account Managers to service clients
Accurately performs registration process for new and existing clients
Maintain a method/process to provide feedback and Quality Assurance on identified errors
Responsible for reconciling eligibility discrepancies, analyzing transactional data & submitting retroactive eligibility changes when applicable
Work with various types of member correspondence
Respond promptly to plan member inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Ensure that all Data Management & Customer Service Representatives have up-to-date benefit information
Evaluate declined and late applicant eligibility applications to identify problem trends in paperwork and facilitate defined process to resolve

Obtains comprehensive knowledge about the eligibility requirements for all Group Life Benefits products and remain current in that knowledge.
University or College diploma
Group Life Benefits
2 to 3 years of related experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Numeric, oral and written language applications
