JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representatives accountable for dealing with inquiries and processing transactions. CSR follows all CS procedures and policies when calls come in.
Provide superior service to internal and external customers.
Receives and processes inbound communications to process customers’ inquiries and/or orders via telephone, e-mail, fax, Internet, or other Associates.
Update and maintain accurate customer file information and paper flow (Manual or electronic).
Demonstrates professionalism including, appearance, attitude, understanding and delivery of customer needs.
Understands company capabilities and service, and effectively.
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed.
1+ years previous experience in Customer Service or
in a Call Centre .
Proficiency in English and French or Spanish is an asset.
Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel) and experience .
Must be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver.
