Customer Service Representative – BILINGUAL

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) who will be  responsible for supporting the customer service team and customers via telephone, email, fax, web interface, and walk-in. The CSA is accountable for dealing with inquiries and processing transactions. CSA follows all CS procedures and policies when providing customer service. CSA understands his/her role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Provide superior service to internal and external customers.
Receives and processes inbound communications to process customers’ inquiries and/or orders via telephone, e-mail, fax, Internet, or other Associates.
Process Transactions for Internal and External Customer these include process incoming customer orders and assure accurate fulfillment plus order entry, sourcing and follow up
Enters orders in a prompt and accurate manner and follows up requiring special attention to ensure delivery by specified dates.
Update and maintain accurate customer file information and paper flow (Manual or electronic).
Follows established inventory control procedures and notifies necessary departments or personnel of order discrepancies.
Demonstrates professionalism including, appearance, attitude.understanding and delivery of customer needs.
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met.
Understands company capabilities and service, and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years previous experience in Customer Service or related field.
Post-secondary Diploma or Degree.
Proficiency in English and French is a MUST.
Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel) and experience in SAP as asset.
Must be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver.

Must be able to work shift hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.
